Linda Kay Ramsey and her family created Build-A-Mind, LLC in 2003. Ms. Ramsey taught in 4 different states in a 23 year career as a classroom teacher. Her broad experience includes teaching in urban, rural, and inner-city schools, both public and private. She has also conducted numerous math-related seminars and workshops for other educators. In 2000, Ms. Ramsey taught Arkansas' top scoring fourth grade class in mathematics. She then taught her successful methods to other schools in need of improvement within the state. Now, Ms. Ramsey uses her teaching background to develop products and methods that help overcome the difficulties that educators experience in their classrooms.
